At AQUAFLIT, products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is physically damaged during transit. To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide a continuous, clear, and unedited video of the package being unpacked, showing the outer packaging and the product condition immediately upon opening. Any transit damage must be reported to AQUAFLIT along with the unpacking video within 72 hours of delivery. Claims without a valid unpacking video may not be accepted. Returns are not accepted for issues arising from incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery. Returns are not accepted once the product has been used, tested, installed, or exposed to water, as it is considered used and may no longer be eligible for return.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

AQUAFLIT provides exchanges only in cases where an incorrect or different product has been shipped compared to the product ordered. The customer must notify AQUAFLIT upon receiving the order and provide clear photographs and/or an unpacking video showing the product received and its packaging. Exchanges are not applicable for products that have been used, tested, installed, or exposed to water.
