Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
Due to the customized nature of products and the processing involved, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processing has commenced.
Customers are therefore requested to carefully review the product specifications, configuration, quantity, installation requirements, and other details before placing an order.
2.Partial Refund
If a cancellation request is made immediately after placing the order, We will review the request based on the status of the order. Cancellation may be accepted only if the order has not yet entered customization, processing, assembly, or dispatch. A partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing, making, dismantling or handling charges.
3. No Refund After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will only be considered in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products as per the store’s return policy
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
